Refund Policy

What’s Included in This Refund Policy
1. Design Services
All design consultations, concept sketches, and digital renderings are non-refundable once work has commenced. These services involve time, artistic expertise, and creative labor that cannot be reclaimed once delivered.
If a cancellation is requested before design work begins, a full refund of any deposit or retainer will be issued within 10 business days.


2. Custom Fabrication and Installation
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our furniture, décor pieces, and installations:
Once materials are purchased or fabrication begins, refunds cannot be issued.
If an order is canceled prior to material procurement, a partial refund (less administrative or design fees) may be considered.
If there are defects or errors on our part, we will either repair, replace, or partially refund the affected item at our discretion.


3. Deposits and Retainers
Deposits secure your project’s time slot and cover design preparation and material allocation.
Deposits are non-refundable once project work has started.
If you cancel a project with at least 14 days’ notice prior to the scheduled start, we may refund up to 50% of the deposit depending on work completed.


4. Gift Cards and Promotions
Gift cards, promotional discounts, and seasonal offers are non-refundable and non-transferable.


5. Refund Process
Refund requests must be made in writing within 7 days of receiving the final product or report.
Eligible refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 10–15 business days after approval.

6. Exceptions
No refunds or returns are provided for:
Client-provided measurements or specifications that result in fit issues
Damage caused after third party delivery or installation
Third-party services or subcontractors not hired by Cozy Corners
Minor variations in color, texture, or finish typical of handmade or natural materials


7. Policy Updates
We may update this Refund Policy periodically to reflect changes in business practices or consumer law. All updates will be published with a new “Last Updated” date. letters, that works well on almost every site.
